Speech Communication at Central

Thanks for visiting HCC Central's Speech Communication home page. Our program is divided into two sections. Speech covers areas of study including public speaking, voice and diction, business and professional speaking, and debate. Communications covers print and broadcast journalism, production editing and layout, advertising, and public relations. A detailed description of our program is coming soon.

The Communications department is also responsible for producing the system wide newspaper, the Egalitarian. The print version is available at campus bookstores and in newspapers racks in most HCC buildings.
