The
program is to provide jobs for undergraduate students with financial
need, allowing them to earn money to help pay their educational expenses.
Qualifications
- Financial need
- Texas residents, U.S. citizens,
or eligible non-citizens
- Attending college at least half-time (6hrs)
- Maintain satisfactory
academic progress (SAP) requirements as defined by the financial aid
office
- Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a regular student working
towards a degree or certificate in an eligible program
- Have a
high school diploma, a GED, or pass a test approved by the Department
of Eudcation for the purpose of determining ability to benefit
To Apply
- Complete the FAFSA first, starting on January
2nd. When applying, make sure that you check the work-study box of
the FAFSA application.

The hourly rate for this
positions ranges from $5.50 - $6.00 an hour .

The hourly rate for this positions is $6.00. The position requires
tutoring students in subjects such as English, Math and Biology.
- COMMUNITY
SERVICE
- Off Campus-The hourly rate for this positions is $7.00
Tutoring in surrounding Elementary Schools, surroundings churches'
after school programs.
